Kids Private Lessons

At Girl Fight, our youth private lessons incorporate Martial Arts, Self-Defense & exercise. Youth Personal Coaching includes: cardio workouts, strength & endurance training and Padwork with the Coach. We incorporate fun partner drills to promote social skills and team work. Together we work, as a team, to help empower your daughter to be the best and strongest, she can be! No coordination, fitness or experience needed.


Each package is an investment into your daughter’s health and physical well-being. In order for us to commit to your family, we need your complete dedication to our program. Each package is 12-weeks and can be paid in full or split into 3 monthly payments. Up to 2 kids, may participate in each session. Your child can bring a sibling, a friend or even a parent/guardian.

We meet 1 day a week for 12 weeks: 12 personal training sessions $300.00

We meet 2 days a week for 12 weeks: 24 personal training sessions $575.00
